In your reader's KOReader Sync settings, use this server with your sync account. It is standard KOSync, so there is nothing extra to install.
Your reading progress and finished books sync to your account automatically, and stay in sync across all your devices.
Connect services like Hardcover and other sync servers. Your reading flows out to them as you go, and "Sync now" backfills the books you have already read.
